All transactions are processed transparently through legitimate payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to the fulfillment of wagering requirements and completion of identity verification.
Every claimed bonus carries a specified wagering requirement. This requirement must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any suspicious activity must be reported to us immediately.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1000cuci platform at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all funds within them.
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information provided may result in account closure and balance freeze. 1000cuci reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time through the KYC process.
Reminder: Registering using false information, another person's identity, or borrowed credentials is a serious offence that may result in permanent account closure and further action as required.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 1000cuci will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Your 1000cuci account is for personal use only. You are strictly prohibited from transferring, selling, renting, or allowing any other party to use your account. All bets and activities carried out through your account are deemed to have been made by you personally.
To meet compliance and security requirements, 1000cuci requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or when transaction values reach a certain threshold. Documents that may be required include:

1000cuci accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer through all major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and more. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within a short time.

All transactions on the 1000cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any transactions in foreign currency will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee.
Important Note: 1000cuci does not accept cash deposits, money orders, cheques, or any form of physical payment. All deposits must be made through the digital payment channels provided on the platform.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. We endeavour to process all valid withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes after the application is received. However, this period may be longer during peak load or when additional verification is required.

Warning: 1000cuci reserves the right to withhold or decline a withdrawal if there are indications of suspicious activity, fraud, or a breach of terms. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted and you will be notified of the outcome.
All bonuses offered by 1000cuci are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) set for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Wins derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully completed.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion more than once through different methods will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirement fulfillment. The following applies in general:

1000cuci reserves the right to void any bonus, bonus-derived winnings, or free credits at any time if there are indications that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, dishonestly, or in violation of the promotional terms.
All games offered on the 1000cuci platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been certified by internationally recognized independent testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is random, independent, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including the platform itself.
All game results recorded by the 1000cuci system are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, system logs will serve as the primary reference. 1000cuci reserves the right to void any bets or rounds affected by technical failure or connection instability.
In cases where a game is interrupted due to a technical failure before a round is completed, 1000cuci will use its discretion to determine whether the round will be voided and the stake refunded, or settled based on the last state recorded by the system.
1000cuci reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. A bet is only considered valid once confirmed by the system and a bet ID has been assigned. Unconfirmed bets will not be recognised.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or ended early before an official result can be determined, 1000cuci reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake to the member's account. Results are assessed based on recognised official sources.
Odds displayed on the 1000cuci platform are the odds in effect at the time the bet is accepted and confirmed by the system. Any changes to odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect the odds already accepted.
The following are strictly prohibited on the 1000cuci platform and may result in permanent account closure and freezing of all funds:
1000cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the account is involved in activities that violate these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other members.
You have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
When an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 1000cuci reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and in cases of proven fraud, any real-money balance associated with the fraudulent activity.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1000cuci shall not be liable for:
